CEO & Founder

Chelle is a first-generation college graduate who grew up with limiting beliefs, fear, and dysfunction. Through faith, resilience, grit, and determination, she achieved executive leadership roles in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources at Fortune 50 companies including Comcast, Lockheed Martin, Quest Diagnostics, and Honeywell.

She has lived and worked in Asia and Latin America, acquired her MBA, and speaks Spanish and English. She now helps SMBs through Fractional Talent Strategies and Retained Recruitment. She is also an Executive Career Coach that guides high achievers and diverse allies to discover and amplify their strengths and purpose and realize abundance in their careers and lives.

Chelle founded the non-profit Colorado Career Connectors in March 2021 and has helped over 1,700 job seekers and professionals with career development content and presentations. Chelle was chosen as a cohort member for the 2022 Colorado Inclusive Economy program and participated in the Denver Scale Up Network through the City of Denver. Chelle has presented at Denver Startup Week, the West Metro Chamber of Commerce, the Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce, and national women’s conferences.

Chelle is happily married to her husband Bryan and is a mom to Megan and Norah. In her free time, she enjoys teaching Zumba, skiing, hiking, reading, and traveling.

Nicki Cutler

Principal Executive Talent Advisor

Nicki brings a unique perspective to career search and hiring. She began her career as a tour professional on the LPGA, cultivating the dedication, determination, and drive that shape her core values.

She then went on to be a collegiate coach for more than eight years. During this time Nicki developed as a coach identifying, developing and recruiting talent.

In 2015 Nicki pivoted from college athletics to executive recruiting in the business world. Since then she has worked in different capacities at agencies and in-house for a range of companies from large global corporations to early stage startups. She has supported clients in multiple industries including- Medical Diagnostics, Healthcare, Fintech, Customer Experience. Nicki has hired for a wide range of roles on Sales, Marketing, and Go-to-Market teams among others. 

Nicki empowers her clients to realize their career aspirations. Executive Talent Advisor

Anna Peters is a Colorado native who began her career operating a dance studio and coaching competitive dance teams in the Boulder/Denver area. In 2007, she decided to enter the corporate world as an Executive Assistant for an IT Consulting firm. Falling in love with technology, she remained an Executive Assistant for large software companies while continuing to see how she could combine her coaching abilities and love for building relationships. 

In 2015, Anna made the full transition to becoming a recruiter at a boutique agency and then built her career as a talent acquisition contractor for companies such as Level III Communications, DISH network, PwC, and Vertafore. She had the wonderful privilege to join a few of Denver’s top-growing software companies and began to implement strategy, work with executive leadership, and build relationships with incredible talent on a global level. 

Anna is dedicated to crafting win-win solutions, and is passionate about candidate care, efficiency development, and forming genuine partnerships with hiring managers and leadership.  

Although she has worked primarily in software, Anna has recruited for every department across organizations, from interns to C-level executives. 

In 2023, she began working in the fractional space, and is thrilled to continue this journey with Best You Talent Advisors.
