A 2020 merger between Kronos and Ultimate Software created Ultimate Kronos Group (UKG), which instantly became one of the largest providers of workforce management/human capital management software in highly competitive sectors. 

At the time of the merger, UKG’s desktop-based Workforce Central product enjoyed broad adoption and high customer satisfaction. But as time went on, it became clear that customer needs were growing increasingly complex and nuanced. UKG changed the WFM marketplace when it launched its UKG Workforce Management product, UKG Dimensions.  

UKG Workforce Dimensions is cloud-based and mobile-native, built on an AI-integrated platform and offering nearly infinite customizability via app integrations. 

Positioning for Unprecedented Opportunity

Companies across the globe using Workforce Central were eager to migrate to the new UKG Dimensions solution, but knew they’d need help to take full advantage of its power. 

Project Genetics Consultants were the first in UKG’s partner ecosystem to implement and migrate customers when the new platform deployed, making them THE gold standard implementor.

In the middle of all of this, Axline mentioned that Project Genetics needed to hire an HR Director as well.
